    Oh Woman!!! I can not believe I missed this. I was either out of town or still installing the hardwood flooring and not keeping up... Pooh! Pooh! Triple pooh!!! The lady almost single handedly revolutionized the beef butchering industry by proving that frightened animals makes for tough tasty meat. At least that's my take on it. I really wish I'd had gotten the chance to listen to her......
